Embark on your golf adventure in the Azores, from your chosen airport to Terceira Island.
After your early morning arrival at 6:00am local time, you’ll be chauffeured to your hotel where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast and some much-needed rest for a few hours. We’ll then take you on a short, picturesque 25-minute drive through the island’s center to the championship Terceira Golf Course, where you’ll tee off around noon and spend an enjoyable day on the green.
Discover the rich history and culinary delights of UNESCO World Heritage Site Angra do Heroísmo on our city and food tour. Get ready for a sensory journey as you indulge in local cheese, pastries, refreshing juice, and the famous “Sopa de Espirito Santo” or Fish Soup, paired with local wine, black pudding sausage, and chorizo. Admire the stunning Cathedral of Angra do Heroísmo and stroll through charming streets as you learn about the fascinating heritage of the city. End your tour at a coffee plantation, where you’ll sample delicious coffee, tea, liqueurs, and fruits while chatting with a local family.

Just a short 15-minute drive away, you’ll arrive at the challenging Batalha Golf Course, renowned for its lush greenery and stunning views. Spend your day on the course, taking in the breathtaking scenery and challenging yourself to new heights.
After your round of golf, enjoy a delightful wine tasting experience at the nearby vineyard, where you’ll savor the rich flavors of the Azores. Relax and unwind as you take in the stunning beauty of the island, enjoying the perfect blend of sport, relaxation, and nature.
Begin your morning with a delectable breakfast before taking a short trip to the renowned Furnas Golf Course. Tee off at around 9 and enjoy a round on one of Portugal’s top golf courses, nominated multiple times by the North American Golf Digest. After your game, savor a mouth-watering meal called cozido at the Terra Nostra Garden Hotel at 2pm. While you’re there, don’t miss the opportunity to visit the stunning garden and take a dip in the rejuvenating thermal pools and jacuzzies (don’t forget your swimsuit! Dark colors recommended). This day is the perfect blend of golf, relaxation, and culinary delights.
You’ll get a full day to discover the rich history and culture of Ponta Delgada at your own pace. We can provide a list of the city’s highlights or arrange for a guide (not included) to lead you through the charming churches, picturesque gardens, and quaint streets of this 600-year-old city. Visit the local museum and its religious art building, then have lunch at one of our recommended restaurants to fully immerse yourself in the local culture.
Finish your Azores golf vacation in style with a final round at the stunning Batalha Golf Course after breakfast and check-out from your hotel. Tee off at around 9:00am and soak in the beautiful surroundings as you play your final round. After, bid farewell to this idyllic destination with treasured memories before departing for your return trip in the afternoon.
